Why Aerial Fitness

Aerial fitness is a completely unique approach to working out.  When you walk into class your focus is not “how many calories will I burn?” or “how many reps can I accomplish?”.  It’s more like “WOAH! When do I learn that move?!”  and it’s not simply an exercise.  It’s an expression of art and an expression of yourself! Learning how to dance with your feet off the ground in breathtaking movements that build strength and confidence. It’s about having the courage to try something completely new and then realizing sometimes stepping outside of the box is the best thing you ever did.
